In addition to Spanish-speaking staff, we also have an interpretation service called Propio that helps us communicate with people in 300 languages and a translation service that provides written medicine and dosage information in a patient’s native language.

Are medications free?
No — but our partnerships help us find medications at the lowest possible prices. For patients in the Grace Meds program, there is a small membership fee.
What about the Medicare coverage gap (the “donut hole”)?
Yes, we can help! If you find yourself in the Medicare gap and suddenly face higher out-of-pocket costs, we’ll work with you to find lower-cost alternatives or other assistance.
Are there age restrictions?
No — we serve patients of all ages. Some medications or vaccinations may have age limitations. Call if you’re unsure.
Do you offer vaccines?
Yes! We provide many common vaccines at our Kansas City, Kansas location on a walk-in basis. Call us before you come in to confirm current availability.
Do I need to live in Kansas City, Kansas to be a patient?
Our pharmacy is located in Kansas City, Kansas, but we serve patients from across the Kansas City metro.
Do you deliver or mail prescriptions?
No — at this time we do not offer delivery or mail-order prescriptions.
Can you transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?
Yes! We can transfer your prescription from another pharmacy. Just call us, and we’ll take care of the process for you.
How long does it take to get started?
Getting started is simple. Just fill out the patient form on RxLocal. Once your information is in our system, we’ll work with you and your provider to get your prescriptions filled. If you have any questions, give us a call.
Do you offer controlled substances?
No. Pharmacy of Grace is not licensed to provide controlled substances. This means we cannot fill prescriptions such as Adderall or opioid pain medications.
